I am a nationally board certified Massage Therapist and Body Worker #621479-12.  A graduate of the International Professional School of Bodywork as a Licensed CMT #19283. 

 

My college education has given me great insight and knowledge into anatomy, physiology, and the importance of structural alignment. I specialize in custom blending from a skill set of Eastern and Western modalities to facilitate addressing acute and chronic pain. As a Certified Yoga Teacher and practitioner, I can incorporate Yoga Therapy as needed into the session. 

 

I have over 25 years experience in the performing arts as a professional ballet dancer and educator. I closed my career with Miami City Ballet performing globally in Europe and South America. In 1989, I moved to San Diego and began teaching for the three major companies; California Ballet, City Ballet, and San Diego Ballet, where I served as Ballet Mistress and a board member for four years.

 

In 2011, I became a member of the Society for Oncology Massage. I have had the honor to work in a clinical setting with Sharp Coronado Hospital and Scripps Clinic where I worked with cancer patients, survivors, and family members. Over the past 14 years in massage therapy I have enjoy working with a diverse group of clients and witnessing the positive outcome massage brings them.
